Francis Construction Group is seeking a reliable, polished, and highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations.

This position will work directly with the CEO and closely with the Vice President, assisting with administrative responsibilities, research, business development initiatives, and general company support.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, attentive, and an exceptional communicator. The ideal candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to grow and gain exposure to real estate development, construction, accounting, and business operations while working closely with senior leadership.

This position is available immediately.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and Vice President
 • Assist with business development efforts, including researching project opportunities and potential clients
 • Conduct online research and gather information for leadership
 • Take clear and detailed notes during meetings and discussions
 • Assist with spreadsheet tracking, data organization, and reporting
 • Support basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed
 • Help organize documents, communications, and project-related information
 • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and task follow-ups
 • Run occasional errands when necessary
 • Provide general administrative support across company initiatives

Requirements
 • Exceptional listening and note-taking skills
 • Strong communication skills – must be polished and professional
 • Highly detail-oriented and organized
 • Must already be computer literate (we are not training basic computer skills)
 • Strong spreadsheet skills required (Excel or Google Sheets)
 • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
 • Professional, reliable, and dependable
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 • Must be able to start immediately

Location Requirements

• Must live within 30 minutes of Downtown Chicago
 • No out-of-state applicants
 • Must be familiar with public transportation
