  • Real estate development and financing strategy
  • Commercial construction operations
  • Lender research and engagement
  • Subcontractor bid solicitation
  • High-level executive meetings
  • Business opportunity research across multiple platforms

You will see how deals are structured, how projects are financed, and how a CEO manages a multi-faceted construction and development business.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment Expectations
This role requires versatility:
  • Some days you may be on a construction job site (business casual / job-site appropriate attire)
  • Other days you may attend professional meetings (business professional attire required)
Professional presentation and adaptability are essential.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Strong communicator with clear, professional verbal and written skills
  • Excellent listener and highly detailed note taker
  • Organized and able to execute tasks exactly as directed
  • Tech-savvy with strong Excel/spreadsheet capabilities
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and industry professionals
  • Self-starter who wants to grow beyond a typical administrative role

Experience in real estate, construction, banking, legal, architecture, design, or property management is a plus — but not required. We are willing to teach the right person who is eager to learn the construction and development industry.

A degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Application Requirements
